Providence based Duo Transient Canvas (Amy Advocat, Bass Clarinet, Matt Sharrock, marimba) will give the world premiere of Myth’s Sway, a work based on John Pai’s 2009 sculpture located at the Leeum Museum of Art in Seoul, South Korea. Myth’s Sway was commissioned as part of its annual 2024 Composition Fellowship. The premiere will take place at the Richard Ortner Studio Building (Studio 106) on May 16, 2025 at 7.30pm., along with works by Natalia Camargo Duarte, Tyson Davis, and Adams Roberts.
